Distance: 529 km | 12-16 hours by vehicle Day 1 : Delhi to Manali We will pick you up from Delhi in the evening and drive towards Manali. It will take around 10-16 hours to reach Manali. Meals :Night : NILJourney by Volvo Bus or Cab Morning: 9:30 am Day10 : Towards Dalhousie Meals :Night : Breakfast, DinnerStay at the Hotel in Dalhousie After your breakfast, you will descend back to Dharamkot, after reaching Dharamkot you will leave for Dalhousie. It will take 4-6 hours to reach Dalhousie. Morning Day 12 : Reaching Delhi Meals :Night : Breakfast.Overnight Journey by Bus With your soul rejuvenated and mind detoxified, you will be back with memories to cherish for a lifetime. Morning 10:00 am Day 2: Reaching Manali After reaching Manali you will check in to the hotel and gear up for exploring the beautiful city. You can do adventure activities like paragliding, Quad Biking, Skiing and Zipline etc. Later you will visit Vashisht Temple and Jogini Waterfalls. Meals :Night : Breakfast, DinnerStay at Hotel in Manali Afternoon | 2-3 hr by vehicle Day 4 : Manali to Kasol Today’s ride will be a short one of 96 km. On the way to Kasol, you can enjoy River Rafting and Paragliding at Kullu Valley. Later in the evening, you will Meals :Night : Breakfast, DinnerStay at the hotel in Kasol Morning Day 5 : Kheerganga Trek After Breakfast, you will depart to Barshaini and start Kheerganga Trek. Enjoy the clear view of Parvati Valley and rivulets on the way. Kheerganga is also famous for its hot water springs where you can take a bath and relax. Meals :Night : Breakfast, Dinner. Stay at Kheerganga Campsite morning Day 6 : Kheerganga to Tosh After freshening up and having your breakfast you will descend to Barshaini and depart to Tosh. After a short trek of 30 min, you will reach your stay at Tosh. Meals :Night : Breakfast, Dinner Stay at Hotel/Camp in Tosh Early Morning Day 7 : Tosh to Bir Billing You will drive towards Bir Billing which is the world’s famous site for paragliding amidst the Dhauladhar Ranges. Make sure you start early in the morning to reach Bir Billing on time. Meals :Night : Breakfast, Dinner Stay at the Hotel in Bir Early Morning Day 8:Bir Billing to Dharamshala Wake up early in the morning for an amazing experience of paragliding in the valley. Today you will drive to Billing and take off with a paraglider. After paragliding, you will depart to Dharamshala and visit local places Meals :Night : Breakfast, Dinner.Stay at the Hotel in Dharamshala Morning: 9:30 am Day 9 : Triund Trek After having your Breakfast with the beautiful view of Dharamshala Valley. You will meet your guide at Dharamkot who will guide you for Triund Trek. At night you will go camping at Triund. Meals :Night : Breakfast, Dinner.Camping at Triund Distance: 560 km | 10-14 hr by vehicle Day 11 : Dalhousie to Delhi In the morning after breakfast, you will leave for Local Sightseeing (Khajjiar Lake, Kalatop and Church). Important things to remember for the Himachal Adventure Tour Package

  • The trip will start only after the payment of the full amount. Make sure you make all the arrangements beforehand.
  • Jogini Waterfall is accessible after doing a Trek for half an hour. The driver will drop you at the starting point.
  • To reach your homestay/hotel in Tosh you have to do a small trek of 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Tosh is a small and beautiful village in a remote location. Don’t compare its hospitality and services with other hotels in the main tourist locations.
  • In some cases, the vehicle may drop you at Barshaini which is 2 km before Tosh. You have to make arrangements on your own to reach Tosh.
  • In winters, if Tosh is not accessible. We may shift your last night stay from Tosh to Kasol.
  • In an exceptional case, if the mentioned hotel is not available, we may shift you to another similar hotel.
  • Check-in/check-out time at all the properties will be at 1200 hrs (Noon). Some properties may not allow early check-In.
  • Buffet Service will be available from 8:00 am to 9:30 am and 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
  • You will get hot water in showers for a few hours in the morning. Kindly ask the receptionist about the timings in advance.
  • Room heaters are available at the hotel for an extra cost.
  • Triple Sharing does not necessarily mean Three Separate Beds. It can have one double bed and one rollaway bed. 
  • The vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary, any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.
  • No refund or compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
  • Visits to museums/parks/monasteries/forts in the tour are subject to their opening on the day of the visit as per the rules of the competent authority.
  • We will not bear any cost for flights cancelled or delayed due to any reason.
  • There will be no compensation if you are delayed due to roadblocks, natural calamities or personal reasons. The alternate accommodation cost due to the same should be borne by you.
  • No changes in the date of the tour once booked. However, you can postpone the tour if it gets cancelled due to circumstances like natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, riots or war.
  • Rates are subjected to change until you haven’t paid the full amount.
  • Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
  • All expenses which are not included in the cost of the package shall be paid directly at the time of checkout.
  • Smoking or drinking is not allowed inside the vehicle.
  • You are advised to take insurance before starting the tour.

Cancellation Policy

In case of unforeseen events or government restrictions, the tour may be cancelled and in such cases, you can reschedule your dates. However, no refund will be provided in any condition.

  • 30 days or more: 90% of the total package cost is refundable
  • 21-30 days: 75% of the total package cost is refundable
  • 11-20 days: 50% of the total package cost is refundable
  • Less than 10 days: No refund
  • The booking amount (30% of the package amount) is non-refundable. However, you can adjust this amount with any other tour, trek or activity offered by Uncia post-booking date.
