Tawang Tour Package

• The trip will start only after the payment of the full amount. Make sure you make all the arrangements beforehand.
• Make sure you are 100% comfortable with an off-road Trip. Expect to encounter slippery, narrow, unpaved roads and stretches of grit and rubble with water flowing through them.
• Why is there no lunch? In the Northeast, we only eat rice, and we don’t eat wheat, so that’s why we don’t include Dinner in the itinerary but you can order from the menu or we can add for you at an Extra cost of 3000/- Per head.
• All Sightseeing depends upon Weather, Road Conditions, and Time management of Guests. Sightseeing Can be Shifted to Other Days or can be missed, Totally Depending upon the Road conditions and time management of Guests.
• Kindly Note – In Group Departure for all Guests – There will be only One Pickup Point and One Drop Point. All Guests have to report to the Pickup Point to board the vehicle. Same with Drop Point, We will drop off all guests at one point only.
• If you want to be a part of the fixed departure group but do not wish to share the car with others and want the car dedicated exclusively to you / your group, please let us know and we’ll let you know the revised price for the same.
• Vehicle Provided as per the Group Size and availability only. If Group members are 0-3 then 01 Non-AC Sedan (Dzire/Etios/Similar) – will be provided. If Group members are 4-6/ then 01 non-AC SUV (Innova/Scorpio/Similar) – will be provided. If Group members are more than 07, Then 01 Non-AC (Tempo Traveler/Similar) – will be Provided. The final Decision for the Vehicle is always on Uncia Trails and Guests have to agree on the Same. For Till 7 Persons we can Provide either a NON-AC SUV OR NON-AC Tempo Traveler as per the Possibilities.
• For Group Departures Vouchers and Final Confirmation of Stays will be Given 3 Days Before the Trip Start Date.
• During the Trip, our Driver (Also Considered the Tour Captain) will Handle the Complete Tour from the start to the End.
• For the Complete Trip – From the start till the end, For Guest Safety, Security, Sightseeing, Etc. The Final decision is always from the Uncia Trails/Driver side and all guests have to agree with that.
• A separate Travel Guide and Tour Captain will not be provided for the Group Departure.
• This Tawang tour package can be customized as per your dates, group size, and requirements and be arranged as a private tour.
• Accommodation here will be on a double-sharing basis. If you are a solo traveler, the cost will stay the same but you will be sharing the room with another solo traveler of the same gender.
• If you are looking for a single room at any place, do let us know and we’ll help you with the revised cost.
• In case Roads are blocked and further journey is not possible then we will make the best possible decision for the Guest’s Safety and the guest has to agree to the same.
• All Guests have to Report to the Meeting Point on Time, If Any Guest gets delayed then we reserve the Right to Move the Vehicle and Guests have to reach their own at the Next Stop Point.
• If there is an unprecedented hike in the cost of transport (including fuel surcharge) or accommodation, it will affect the price.
• Any kind of refund is not possible for any unused services.
• If the vehicle is deteriorating, it will take some time to fix. Until then, you will have to wait for the next update. Some time will need 05-06 hours to fix.
• Please don’t use Single-use plastic bottles in Tawang, Carry Hard Steel water bottles for the trip.
• Triple Sharing does not necessarily mean Three Separate Beds. It can have one double bed and one rollaway bed. 
• The vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary, any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.
• No refund or compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
• Visits to museums/parks/monasteries/forts in the tour are subject to their opening on the day of the visit as per the rules of the competent authority.
• We will not wear any cost for flights canceled or delayed due to any reason.
• There will be no compensation if you are delayed due to roadblocks, natural calamities, or personal reasons. The alternate accommodation cost due to the same should be borne by you.
• You will get hot water in for a few hours in the morning. Kindly ask the receptionist about the times in advance.
• Room heaters are available at the hotel for an extra cost.

• We will not pay, reimburse, cover losses, or take any responsibility for any activity which is due to circumstances beyond our control. When we say circumstances beyond our control, it means any event that we cannot avoid even after taking all the necessary precautions. Such events include but are not limited to airport closures, war, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, illness, death, injury, burglary, and bad weather.

• To reach your homestay/hotel, you have to do a small trek of 10 to 15 minutes.
• You have to pay extra for the Bumla Pass because it falls under the jurisdiction of the Indian Army, and only vehicles registered with the army are allowed there.
• Tawang is a small and beautiful valley in a remote location. Don’t compare its hospitality and services with other hotels in the main tourist locations.
• If the mentioned hotel is not available, we may shift you to another similar hotel. In case the mentioned property is not available at the time due to peak season time then we assure you that you will get the same category and same quality of the property based on availability.
• Check-in/check-out time at all the properties will be at 1200 hrs (Noon). Some properties may not allow early check-in.
• In an exceptional case, if the mentioned hotel/homestay is unavailable, we may shift you to another similar hotel.
• You must carry valid identification proof at the time of check-in. (PAN cards are not accepted).
• The sequence of the day-wise itinerary for the Tawang Tour Package may change during the trip depending on restrictions or any other unknown issues.
• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary for the Tawang Tour Package due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or any unforeseen events. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the package price.
• If you cancel your trip midway for any reason, the remaining amount will be non-refundable.
• No Refund or Compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
• Any increase in cost due to a medical emergency should be borne by the client. There will be no refund for any unused service.
• If there is an unprecedented hike in the cost of transport during the trip (including fuel surcharge) or accommodation, it will affect the cost.
• The timings given in the itinerary and program may be changed without notice.
• Places mentioned in the itinerary may be skipped due to various reasons without notice.
• Guests shall be liable to pay for any damages, except normal wear and tear to an asset if any.

How to reach the Tawang Tour Package
By Air: Guwahati Airport at Guwahati is the nearest airport. One can get on a taxi or rickshaw from the airport to reach the destination.

By Road: There is no access to the airport and railway in Tawang, it can only be reached by medium roads. The roads in Twant are almost open throughout the year. In any case, one can check the route as some of the roads are closed for 6 months in the Tawang.

By Train: The nearest station to the Tawang Tour Package is Guwahati. One can hire cabs and Jeeps to reach the destination of the Tawang. Buses are also available to reach Tawang Tour Package.
