• Full payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins.
• The transfer of the bookings is not permitted.
• Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would be at 1200 Hrs (Noon). •Some properties may not allow early check-in.
• Please carry a mask, and mini Santizier, also please maintain social distancing. Also please check your temperature before the trip starts.
• Vehicle Provided as per mentioned tour plan (Point to Point Basis only), any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.
• No Refund or Compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
• Visits to Museums/ Parks/ Monasteries Forts in the program are subject to their remaining open on the day of the visit as per the rules of the competent authority.
• We will not bear any cost for flights cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. The cost of accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be
  borne by the passenger.
• In case of an increase in Airfare (If included), we shall be duly compensated by actual supplement cost at the time of booking.
• There would be no refund for the roadblocks due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost due to the same should be bear by the person directly.
• No changes in the date of travel once booked.
• All Rates & bookings are subject to availability.
• Rates are subject to change.
• Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
• All expenses which are not included in the cost of the package shall be paid directly by the tourist at the time of checkout.
• All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
• The timings given in the itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.
• Rates are subject to change until you haven’t paid the full amount.
• Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
• All expenses not included in the cost of the package shall be paid directly at the time of checkout.
• Smoking or drinking is not allowed inside the vehicle.
• You are advised to take insurance before starting the tour.

• 30 days or more: 90% of the total Package Cost is refundable
• 21-30 days: 75% of the total Package Cost is refundable
• 11-20 days: 50% of the total Package Cost is refundable
• Less than 10 days: No refund

If Due for Any Reason, Any Guest is unable to Join the Group and wants to Shift the Seats on another Date, Then we will do the same but Amendment Charges of INR 2500/- are to be paid Extra. Guests have to Inform us the same 07 Days Prior to Starting the Group Departure. If the Guest’s Informed between 07 Days Starting the Group Departure then the Amendment will not be possible. Guest can Shift the Seats in 2022-23 Group Departures only. In That case, the Complete Amount is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants, etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well-being.
• All complaints, suits, claims, or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by The Bhutan Tour, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bhutan.
• Any alteration or cancellation of services after your holiday has commenced can incur penalties. There is no refund for unused services.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, Health Sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
• We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
• During Travel if the route is closed due to any reason and we have to shift the travel route and itinerary for guest safety, Supplement costs will be applicable for the same which has to be bear by the guests directly.
• Also note Uncia Trails reserves the right to Stop, Terminate or Cancel the tour at any time if the guests didn’t clear the balance payments before or till on the day of arrival.
• We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.

We cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, cover losses for any amount, or otherwise accept responsibility if as a result of circumstances beyond our control, we have to change your tour after booking, or we cannot supply your tour, as we had agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include but are not limited to, war, the threat of war, airport closures, epidemics, natural or nuclear disasters, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, and bad weather.
