Things to Carry

Warm and comfortable clothes.

Note

• A sequence of the day-wise itinerary tour program may Change depending upon traffic schedules/restrictions on some roads and other unforeseen events.
• If there is an unprecedented hike in the cost of transport (including fuel surcharge) or accommodation, it will affect the cost.
• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen events. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the package price.
• Only backpacks are allowed. You can carry luggage weighing not more than 10Kgs per person with you. Extra luggage will cost you INR1500 per Kg.
• It is mandatory for all guests to carry a valid identification proof at the time of check-in. (PAN cards are not accepted).
• Trek captain reserves the right to take strict actions against a guest if any action by the guest is deemed inappropriate by the trek captain.
• Guest shall be liable to pay for any damages, except normal wear and tear to an asset if any.
• We reserve the right to change these terms at any time & any such changes will be immediately brought to your attention.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility if as a result of circumstances beyond our control, we have to change your tour after booking, or we, cannot supply your tour, as we had agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include but are not limited to, war, the threat of war, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather.

Cancellation Policy

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, the activity may be canceled and in such cases, you can reschedule your bookings. However, no refund will be provided in any condition.

No refund shall be made if participant(s) drop/terminate from the program at any point due to any reason.

Cancellation Charges:
30 days or more: 90% of the total Package Cost is refundable
21-30 days: 75% of total Package Cost is refundable
11-20 days: 50% of total Package Cost is refundable
Less than 10 days: No refund
