2024 Dates for Sar Pass Trek: Everyday Departures till July 15th.
Time: 04-05 hours Day 1: Reach Kasol and trek to Grahan village Starts your trek from the centre of Kasol and keeps to the true left of the Grahan nalah. The trail is easy and frequently used by locals. Overnight stay in tents at Grahan. Meals :Night : Lunch and DinnerStay at the camps in Grahan Time: 04-05 hours Day 2: Grahan to Min Thach Climb towards the north of camping ground at Grahan. Villagers can be seen using this path for Min Thach. After walking for a while, witness the Min Thach, Nagaru, and Sar Top on the mountain to the right. Meals :Night : Breakfast, Lunch and DinnerStay at the camps in Min Thach Time: 05-07 hours Day 3: Min Thach to Nagaru Trek from Min Thach to Nagaru and pass through the woods. It is difficult part of the trek, the slope falls steeply to the valley below and the snow may be slippery. After crossing steep slope for a couple of hours, reach Nagaru campsite. Meals :Night : Breakfast, Lunch and DinnerStay at the camps in Nagaru Time: 05-07 hours Day 4: Nagaru to Sarpass Make an early start, as the climb is steep through the snow. Sar pass and the elevated peaks of the Tosh valley will be visible from here. Reach the top and enjoy the stunning view. After that the slide is the most fun and completely harmless as long as some precautions are taken. Meals :Night : Breakfast, Lunch and DinnerStay at the camps in Biskeri 05-06 hours Day 5: Biskeri to Barshaini Enjoy the sublime view of the pine forests, the majestic mountains and the lovely grasslands in Biskeri. and the we will start our trek to Pulga village. From Pulga village, cross a bridge on the river Parvati, to reach the village of Barshaini. Meals :Night : Breakfast Nil

Important things to remember for Sar Pass Trek

  • This is a High Altitude Trek and not a picnic. Prepare Yourself Physically and Mentally by following a fitness routine.
  • There are many options available for renting gear at Kasol. The rental amount is not fixed. Moreover, different vendors may give you different rates. Make sure you check everything properly before renting.
  • We will not pay, reimburse, cover losses or take any responsibility for any activity due to circumstances beyond our control. When we say circumstances beyond our control, it means any event that we cannot avoid even after taking all the necessary precautions. Such events include but are not limited to airport closures, war, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, illness, death, injury, burglary, and bad weather.
  • The trip will start only after the payment of the full amount. Make sure you make all the arrangements beforehand.
  • No refund or compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
  • We will not wear any cost for flights canceled or delayed due to any reason.
  • There will be no compensation if you are delayed due to roadblocks, natural calamities, or personal reasons. The alternate accommodation cost due to the same should be borne by you.
  • If you cancel your trip midway for any reason, the remaining amount will be non-refundable.
  • Drones are restricted in the area. You cannot fly drones in the whole area because it is a wildlife sanctuary.
  • A sequence of the day-wise itinerary may change depending on restrictions and other unforeseen events.
  • We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or any unforeseen events. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the package price.
  • You must carry valid identification proof.
  • Consult your doctor before going for the trek and carry a first aid kit with medical supplies according to your need.
  • Guests shall be liable to pay for any damages, except normal wear and tear to an asset if any.

Cancellation policy and charges

We cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility if as a result of circumstances beyond our control, we have to change your tour after booking, or we, cannot supply your tour, as we had agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include but are not limited to, war, the threat of war, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial disputes, bad weather.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, the activity may be canceled and in such cases, you can reschedule your Sar pass bookings. However, no refund will be provided in any condition.

Cancellation charges
30 days or more: 90% of the total Package Cost is refundable
21-30 days: 75% of the total Package Cost is refundable
11-20 days: 50% of the total Package Cost is refundable
Less than 10 days: No refund

Note: Token amount is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted with another booking on the same date.
