• Vehicle Provided as per mention tour plan (Point to Point Basis only). In Case of exceptional circumstances where we are not in a position to provide the Hotel mentioned, we shall offer a similar Hotel.
• Rose Island is closed on Wednesday.
• We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passengers.
• In case of an increase in Airfare (If included), we shall be duly compensated by actual supplement cost at the time of booking.
• There would be no refund if the flight is cancelled or Postponed.
• No changes in the date of travel once booked.

• Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet Fixed menus
• 25% advance (Non-Refundable) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation & Balance 75% one month prior to arrival.
• Cost of Child between 5 to 11 Yrs (Without Bed only) & Children above the age of 12 years will be charged the applicable adult rates & for extra Bed kindly consider the cost of Extra Bed.
• Children below 5 Yrs of age will be complimentary without an Extra Bed.
• All expenses which are not included in the cost of the package shall be paid directly by tourists at the time of checkout.
• All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
• The timings given in the itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.
• Tour is organized on the basis of final instructions and requirements received from yourselves and on your own risk and responsibility.

Pay Token amount to reserve your seats and pay the rest amount 07 days before the trip.

• COVID-19 report is mandatory.
• Wearing gloves, masks, and carrying a sanitiser is mandatory otherwise there wouldn’t be an allowance to commend the trip/trek.
• Members travelling should practice social distancing.
• There shouldn’t be any travel records in the past 30 days.
• If the trek/trip gets cancelled due to any pandemic or government’s order, there would be no refund instead the plan will get postponed.
• If found with any of the COVID 19’s symptoms, the person will be immediately quarantined. In this case, as well, there wouldn’t be any refund.
• Everyone travelling should have the ‘Arogya Setu App’ installed on their phones.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, the activity may be cancelled and in such cases, you can reschedule your Triund Trek booking. However, no refund will be provided.

30 days or more: 90% of the total Package Cost is refundable
21-30 days: 75% of the total Package Cost is refundable
11-20 days: 50% of the total Package Cost is refundable
Less than 10 days: No refund
