As there is not much difference between the culture and tradition of Dharamshala and Tibet, Dalai Lama got settled down in Dharamshala with his family and other Tibetan group. He excelled in maintaining the sublime atmosphere, on the basis of equality and mutual trust. He even took the charge regarding the Tibetan culture and community and the people, and discussed the issues they were facing with the Indian Government and then formed his own ‘Government in exile’ in Dharamshala, for the growth of Tibetan people.
