• While most urban areas and popular tourist spots accept debit and credit cards, it’s wise to carry some cash—especially when travelling to remote locations where digital payment facilities may be unavailable or inconsistent.
• To enjoy your scheduled sightseeing and transfers without rush or delays, timely departures are crucial. Please be ready at the designated pickup points to ensure you get the full benefit of your planned itinerary.
• Kindly note that entrance charges to monuments, parks, or other attractions are not part of the tour package. These are to be paid separately, and the amounts may vary depending on the destination. It’s advisable to check the current ticket rates for each place you plan to visit.
• If you're travelling between June and September, do keep in mind that this period often experiences heavy rainfall, which may lead to itinerary modifications. Landslides or weather-related disruptions may cause delays or even restrict access to certain routes, and permits may be denied under such conditions.
• When visiting temples or religious sites, please wear modest attire that respects local customs. Revealing clothes are not culturally appropriate at sacred locations.
• Public consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Please enjoy alcoholic beverages only in licensed bars, hotels, or private areas.
• All travellers must present valid identification at the time of booking and during check-in at accommodations. Please note that a PAN card is not accepted as a valid proof of identity.
• This journey takes you through environmentally sensitive zones, so we kindly request that you avoid littering and help keep the surroundings clean.
• Driver assistance is available between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM only. Any requirement beyond this time may incur additional charges or may not be feasible.
• Hotel accommodations listed in your itinerary are subject to availability. Pricing may differ during public holidays or long weekends, depending on seasonal demand.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may attract an additional fee from the hotel.
• Please note that most hotels do not offer air-conditioned rooms, as the climate generally remains cool. However, a few properties offer A/C rooms at an extra cost, subject to availability.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, the tour may be postponed or cancelled.
• In such situations, guests will have the option to reschedule their trip to a future date; however, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If a guest initiates cancellation voluntarily, the refund will be processed as per the following schedule:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip are eligible for a 90% refund of the total package cost.
• For cancellations made between 21 and 30 days before the trip, 75% of the total package cost will be refunded.
• Cancellations made between 11 and 20 days before the departure date will receive a 50% refund of the total package cost.
• No Refund: Less than 10 days.
• Bookings cancelled within 10 days of the trip start date are non-refundable.
